The Action Group (TAG) Foundation is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of North Carolina. The Foundation is dedicated to global economic development, vocational training, and community health initiatives.

• Tax Status: The Foundation has submitted an application to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This status is currently Pending. While approval is typically retroactive to the date of incorporation, donors should consult with their tax advisors regarding the deductibility of contributions made during this pending period.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, The Action Group (TAG) Foundation owns the intellectual property rights for all material, branding, logos, and educational content published on tagimpact.org. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

• You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial, and charitable use.

• You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website without express written authorization from the Board of Directors.
