Building Pathways to Opportunity

TAG Foundation removes the barriers — digital, economic, and health — that keep people from reaching their full potential. We work worldwide, with our deepest roots in the United States, powered by a network of IT professionals who give their skills, not just their signatures.

Three pillars

One mission. Three ways we act on it.

Improving access to the resources that strengthen community wellbeing: health services, screenings, and health education through partner organizations.

Preparing communities for the future through technology education, AI readiness, cybersecurity training, and workforce development. Flagship: Project Neon Shield.

Supporting programs that improve financial stability: vocational training, small-business support, and pathways to employment.

Why it matters

The divides are real — and connected.

Access alone isn't enough. The next divide is skills, and skills are exactly what a network of technology professionals can deliver.

Our work so far

Active since 2019. A foundation since 2026.

Members of TAG's founding network have delivered AI, robotics, and cybersecurity training across the United States, India, and Africa since 2023, working alongside IT fellowship members and global tech innovators. The Action Group Foundation was established in 2026 to formalize and scale that work — adding grant funding, governance, and accountable reporting to a model that already proved itself in the field.

We publish specific outcome figures only when they can be traced to documents. Read our measurement commitment on the Our Impact Page.
